Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 31

KJV - Deuteronomy 31:11

When all Israel is come to appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose, thou shalt read this law before all Israel in their hearing.

When everyone from Israel comes to meet God in the place He chooses, you must read this law out loud for all of Israel to hear.
