Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 3

KJV - Deuteronomy 3:6

And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of every city.

We completely wiped them out, just like we did to King Sihon of Heshbon, killing all people - men, women, and children - in every town.
