Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 3

KJV - Deuteronomy 3:28

But charge Joshua, and encourage him, and strengthen him: for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land which thou shalt see.

Tell Joshua to be confident and strong because he will lead the people to a new land that you will show them.
