Chapter 8

KJV - 2 Kings 8:13

And Hazael said, But what, is thy servant a dog, that he should do this great thing? And Elisha answered, The LORD hath shewed me that thou shalt be king over Syria.

Hazael asked, "Why would my lord treat me like a dog by asking me to do such an important task?" Elisha replied, "The Lord has shown me that you will become the king of Syria."
