←Back to VersesAnd there came a writing to him from Elijah the prophet, saying, Thus saith the LORD God of David thy father, Because thou hast not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat thy father, nor in the ways of Asa king of Judah,
Elijah the prophet sent a message to him, saying, The Lord God of your father David is speaking: You haven't followed the paths of your father Jehoshaphat or the paths of King Asa from Judah.
