Chapter 4

KJV - Deuteronomy 4:20

But the LORD hath taken you, and brought you forth out of the iron furnace, even out of Egypt, to be unto him a people of inheritance, as ye are this day.

But the Lord has chosen you and led you out of the fiery furnace of Egypt to be his special people with a place of their own, just like today.
