Back to ChaptersKJV - Amos 1:2 And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither. He said, God will loudly roar from Zion, which is a city, and speak from Jerusalem, another city. The homes where shepherds live will be sad, and the top of Carmel, a mountain, will dry up and die.
