←Back to VersesAnd he said, Peaceably: I am come to sacrifice unto the LORD: sanctify yourselves, and come with me to the sacrifice. And he sanctified Jesse and his sons, and called them to the sacrifice.
He calmly said, "I'm here for a peaceful offering to God. Get ready and join me. I also made Jesse and his sons ready, then invited them to the offering.
