Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

Go now and attack Amalek completely, destroying everything they have without sparing anyone or anything. This includes people of all ages, as well as animals like cows, sheep, camels, and donkeys.
