Nehemiah leads the rebuilding of Jerusalem's walls and reforms the community.

Chapter 3

Moreover the Nethinims dwelt in Ophel, unto the place over against the water gate toward the east, and the tower that lieth out.

Additionally, the Nethinims lived in Ophel near the eastern water gate, by the tower extending out.
