Nehemiah 13:26
Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? yet among many nations was there no king like him, who was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel: nevertheless even him did outlandish women cause to sin.
Simple English
Didn't King Solomon of Israel make mistakes with these actions? But he was still unique among other kings, as he was loved by God, and God chose him to rule over all Israel. However, foreign women made him do wrong things.
