Warnings about Jerusalem's destruction due to unfaithfulness, with promises of a new covenant.

Because they have committed villany in Israel, and have committed adultery with their neighbours’ wives, and have spoken lying words in my name, which I have not commanded them; even I know, and am a witness, saith the LORD.

Because they haue committed vilenie in Israel, and haue committed adulterie with their neighbours wiues, and haue spoken lying words in my Name, which I haue not commaunded them, euen I knowe it, and testifie it, saith the Lorde.
