Jeremiah 2:35
Yet thou sayest, Because I am innocent, surely his anger shall turn from me. Behold, I will plead with thee, because thou sayest, I have not sinned.
Simple English
You say, "I'm innocent; God should be angry at others, not me." But I will show you why that's wrong, since you claim you haven't done anything bad.
