Chapter 32

KJV - Deuteronomy 32:47

For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.

This isn't just something useless for you; it's actually your life! By doing this, you'll live longer in the land you're going to cross the Jordan River to take control of.
