Colossians 3:11
Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
Simple English
In places where there are no differences between Greeks and Jews, or circumcised and uncircumcised people, or Barbarians, Scythians, slaves, or free people: Christ is everything, and present in everything.
