Jeremiah 49:31
Arise, get you up unto the wealthy nation, that dwelleth without care, saith the LORD, which have neither gates nor bars, which dwell alone.
Simple English
Get up and go to the prosperous country where people live without worries, says the Lord. They don't need gates or locks, and they live by themselves.
