Jeremiah 33:8
And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against me.
Simple English
I will clear them of all their wrongdoings that they've done against me, and I will forgive all their sins, both the ones they've committed and the ones they've broken rules for, against me.
