Describes how Moses leads the Israelites out of Egypt and slavery, and how they receive laws from God.

Chapter 39

KJV - Exodus 39:31

And they tied unto it a lace of blue, to fasten it on high upon the mitre; as the LORD commanded Moses.

They attached a blue cord to it to secure it high on the headpiece, just like the LORD told Moses.
