Daniel 10:3
I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.
Simple English
I didn't eat tasty food, didn't have meat or alcohol, and didn't use oil on my body. I did this for three full weeks.
