KJV - 1 Kings 3:9

Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?

So, ask your servant to have a smart heart to make fair decisions for the people. This way, I can tell the difference between what's good and bad. Who else could possibly judge such a huge number of people?
