Chapter 4

KJV - Zechariah 4:6

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

Then he said to me, "This is what God tells Zerubbabel: It's not about strength or power, but by my Spirit that it will happen, says the Lord of Heaven's Armies."
