Jeremiah 6:13
For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.
Simple English
everyone, from the smallest person to the greatest, has a desire for more things. And even people who are supposed to be honest, like prophets and priests, sometimes tell lies or act dishonestly.
