Jeremiah 51:39
←Back to VersesIn their heat I will make their feasts, and I will make them drunken, that they may rejoice, and sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the LORD.
I will create feasts for them when it's hot, and make them very drunk. This way, they'll be happy and fall into a deep, never-ending sleep, never to wake up again, says the Lord.
