Jeremiah 44:3
Because of their wickedness which they have committed to provoke me to anger, in that they went to burn incense, and to serve other gods, whom they knew not, neither they, ye, nor your fathers.
Simple English
Because of the bad things they did to make me angry, when they burned incense and served other gods they didn't know, neither you, nor your family, nor your ancestors.
