Describes how Moses leads the Israelites out of Egypt and slavery, and how they receive laws from God.

Chapter 23

KJV - Exodus 23:9

Also thou shalt not oppress a stranger: for ye know the heart of a stranger, seeing ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

Don't treat foreigners unfairly, because you were once foreigners in Egypt, and you know what it's like to be treated poorly.
