Describes how Moses leads the Israelites out of Egypt and slavery, and how they receive laws from God.

Chapter 21

KJV - Exodus 21:19

If he rise again, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that smote him be quit: only he shall pay for the loss of his time, and shall cause him to be thoroughly healed.

If he gets up and walks around using his staff, the one who hit him won't be in trouble anymore. But they must pay for the time lost and make sure the injured person fully recovers.
