Describes how Moses leads the Israelites out of Egypt and slavery, and how they receive laws from God.

Chapter 21

KJV - Exodus 21:13

And if a man lie not in wait, but God deliver him into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.

If a person doesn't trap someone else, but God sends that person to you, then I will give you a place for them to escape to.
