Describes how Moses leads the Israelites out of Egypt and slavery, and how they receive laws from God.

Chapter 18

KJV - Exodus 18:22

And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee.

Let them judge the people all the time. Big issues should come to you, while small ones can be handled by them. This will make things easier for you, and they'll help share the load.
