Chapter 18

KJV - Exodus 18:19

Hearken now unto my voice, I will give thee counsel, and God shall be with thee: Be thou for the people to God-ward, that thou mayest bring the causes unto God:

Listen to my words. I will guide you, and God will be with you. Be a leader for the people towards God so you can present their issues to Him.
