Chapter 7

KJV - 2 Corinthians 7:12

Wherefore, though I wrote unto you, I did it not for his cause that had done the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered wrong, but that our care for you in the sight of God might appear unto you.

So, even though I wrote to you, it wasn't for the person who did something wrong or the person who was treated unfairly. I did it so that you can see how much we truly care about you in the eyes of God.
