Chapter 4

KJV - 1 Timothy 4:1

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

The Spirit clearly says that in the later times, some people will leave their faith, paying attention to deceiving spirits and teachings from evil.
