Foretells judgment and restoration for Jerusalem and emphasizes doing justice, loving kindness, and walking humbly with God.

And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders.

And they shall destroy Asshur with the sword, & the land of Nimrod with their swordes: thus shall he deliuer vs from Asshur, when hee commeth into our lande, and when he shall tread within our borders.
