But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:

But Jesus told them, "Wicked people who don't follow God look for miracles. They won't get any miracle, but they will see the miracle of the prophet Jonah being inside a big fish."
