Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 5

KJV - Deuteronomy 5:31

But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.

But you, stay here with me, and I'll tell you all the rules and instructions you need to teach them. This way, they can follow them in the land I'm giving them to live in and take care of.
