Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 33

KJV - Deuteronomy 33:19

They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck of the abundance of the seas, and of treasures hid in the sand.

They will invite the people to the mountain where they will offer sacrifices of doing what is right. They will get wealth from the sea and hidden treasures in the sand.
