Chapter 26

KJV - Deuteronomy 26:7

And when we cried unto the LORD God of our fathers, the LORD heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labour, and our oppression:

When we prayed to God, the God of our ancestors, God listened to our voices. God saw our suffering, our hard work, and how we were being treated unfairly.
