Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 26

KJV - Deuteronomy 26:19

And to make thee high above all nations which he hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honour; and that thou mayest be an holy people unto the LORD thy God, as he hath spoken.

To make you greater than other nations in fame, name, and honor, so you can be a holy people belonging to the LORD, just as He said.
