Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 23

KJV - Deuteronomy 23:2

A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

A child born out of wedlock cannot join the Lord's group; for ten generations, this person is not allowed in the Lord's group.
