Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 23

KJV - Deuteronomy 23:1

He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

If someone is hurt in their private parts or has their private part removed, they cannot join the group of people who follow the LORD.
