Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 20

KJV - Deuteronomy 20:9

And it shall be, when the officers have made an end of speaking unto the people, that they shall make captains of the armies to lead the people.

When the officials finish talking to the people, they will choose army leaders to guide them.
