Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 19

KJV - Deuteronomy 19:3

Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither.

You must make paths for yourself and split your land's territories, given by the Lord your God for you to possess, into three parts so killers can run to them.
