Chapter 19

KJV - Deuteronomy 19:21

And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

Your eye should not feel sorry; instead, you will get back what someone did to you - like for like, tooth for tooth, and so on.
