Chapter 19

KJV - Deuteronomy 19:12

Then the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.

Then, the older people from his town will get him and give him to the person who seeks revenge for the murder, so he can be executed.
