Chapter 13

KJV - Deuteronomy 13:9

But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.

But you must definitely kill him; your hand should act first to kill him, followed by the hands of all the other people.
