Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 13

KJV - Deuteronomy 13:10

And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee away from the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.

And you should throw rocks at him until he dies, because he tried to push you away from the Lord your God. The Lord is the one who took you out of Egypt and its slavery.
