Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 11

KJV - Deuteronomy 11:18

Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.

So, you should store my words in your heart and soul, and write them on your hand like a symbol. This way, they'll be like headbands in front of your eyes.
