Deuteronomy 11:17
←Back to VersesAnd then the LORD’s wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you.
Then, the LORD gets very angry with you. He stops the rain and the land doesn't produce food. This happens so you don't die quickly from the good land the LORD gives you.
