2 Chronicles 14:14
And they smote all the cities round about Gerar; for the fear of the LORD came upon them: and they spoiled all the cities; for there was exceeding much spoil in them.
Simple English
So, they attacked all the nearby cities belonging to Gerar. This happened because God's fear had struck them. They looted all the cities because there was a lot of valuable stuff to take.
